Safety Policies and Practices
To ensure the well-being of our workforce throughout the jewelry-making process, we organize monthly safety day activities and conduct regular training sessions on health and safety precautions. These sessions empower our employees with knowledge about workplace safety, health, and risks, covering topics such as chemical safety, fire drills, COVID-19 protocols, and more. Additionally, we provide our workstations with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, footwear, helmets, goggles, and earplugs. We are committed to ensuring safe access to machinery, equipment, and chemical maintenance to prevent injuries and illnesses.
To uphold the safety and wellness of our employees, we have a safety department with a 24/7 security team and two nurse's rooms for immediate first aid support. Furthermore, we provide company health insurance and conduct annual health check-ups for all departments. These check-ups encompass comprehensive assessments, including lung function tests, blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol level checks, hearing assessments, chest X-rays, and eye tests.
Our Commitment to Ethicality and Sustainability
Our factory undergoes regular audits and certifications conducted by third-party accredited auditors. These include assessments by organizations such as the amfori BSCI, Sedex Smeta, the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the Walt Disney International Labour Standards, and the Ministry of Labor of Thailand, which has awarded us for our excellent practices and establishment of labor relations and welfare for two consecutive years.
