At Regal Jewelry, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on education and empowering future leaders. On June 28, 2023, our Business Development Manager, Natthanisa Phaiboonsuntorn, led a team from Regal Jewelry to visit Pasan School in Nakhon Thai, Phitsanulok. This visit marked the beginning of an exciting partnership as Regal Jewelry signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pasan School to launch the Leader in Me project—a transformative leadership and life skills program initiated by FranklinCovey.
In collaboration with the esteemed PacRim Group, our joint initiative aims to cultivate seven essential habits and five core paradigms that promote leadership, life skills, and educational excellence at Pasan School. Moreover, this program is designed to create opportunities for students from underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring a more equitable education for all.
The feedback from both teachers and students about the Leader in Me program has been overwhelmingly positive. The program not only fosters an empowering atmosphere but also equips participants with invaluable knowledge and techniques that can be applied both inside and outside the classroom. To reach the coveted Lighthouse school level and become a role model for others, the collective effort of teachers, students, and parents is crucial.
During our visit, we had the privilege of exploring the school’s facilities, including the swimming pool, which was sponsored by Regal Jewelry in 2018. Not only do these facilities benefit the students of the Pasan School, in fact, many students from nearby communities and schools often use these spaces for activities and swimming lessons as well, reflecting our commitment to uplifting the broader society.
