With all of these dishonest methods present in the jewelry industry, the conflict-free status of materials remains a question. That is why Regal Jewelry rigorously upholds ethical business practices and believes in complete transparency. We aim to clarify our methods so both our clients and end consumers can rest assured that the jewelry we manufacture is safe, ethical, and sustainable.

Work Safety & Fair Remuneration

At Regal Jewelry, we believe in the fair treatment of employees. We ensure that our company and factory follow the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) Base Code to provide an ethical, safe and healthy work environment for the Regal Jewelry community. We hold strict employment policies to protect human rights, ensuring that our employees are treated fairly. We do not tolerate any form of unethical labor practices such as child labor, forced labor, discrimination, coercion, or harassment.

In terms of occupational health and safety, Regal Jewelry provides training, personal protective equipment, and first aid to our employees.

Regal Jewelry is a proud member of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), Sedex Smeta, and Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). We also conduct periodical audits according to the Walt Disney International Labour Standards certification.

The ethical and responsible business practices that we adhere to and the periodical audits by independent institutions ensure that we are a fair, reputable, and responsible jewelry manufacturer.

Training & Education

Our employees are the core of the Regal Jewelry family. We value personal and professional growth and provide opportunities for development in our workplace.

We hold regular training courses for our employees: workshops, skills training, and personal development training. For instance, we hire consultants to hold training for our management team to enhance and broaden their leadership strategies. Our designers attend workshops to continuously improve on their artistry as well as keep up to date on current trends. Jewelry craftsmanship training is regularly provided to our production employees to increase their skills and maintain high standards in our products. We also provide basic cybersecurity training to our employees to protect our company’s network, as well as their own personal computers at home.

Regal Jewelry also provides higher educational scholarships to outstanding employees to obtain their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees through Bilateral Programs.

Employee Welfare

Regal Jewelry understands the importance of our employees’ welfare. We want to create a happy environment for our employees and foster a united community within our company.

Beyond a workplace, Regal Jewelry provides our employees with activities, sports, and events. We have New Year celebrations and free lottery events to bring a fun spirit to our community. We also provide areas for physical activities, as we believe in the importance of building good sportsmanship within Regal Jewelry.

Other than our employees’ happiness, we also care about their children’s futures. To support our employee’s families, we’ve created a program for our employees to apply for a scholarship fund for their children.

For the safety of our employees, Regal Jewelry has a security team who are on-site 24/7. We also built a large parking area for the convenience and safety of our employees. Our campus also has various resting areas, surrounded by trees and flowers, for employees to relax during the day. For lunch hours, we have two cafeterias with selected vendors to provide safe meal options for our team.

Regal Jewelry also prioritizes the health of our employees, as such, we have a safety department, two nurses rooms, and hold regular training sessions regarding health precautions. We also provide company health insurance as well as free yearly health checkups for our employees.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily putting a hold on activities and sports in our company. During this period, our safety department regularly holds info sessions for the Regal community to promote healthy habits and protect ourselves against the virus.
